Cost of living 2023

I am in talks with a non military job opportunity that's likely to pay around 65k/year to start. My spouse that works remotely will likely be able to continue their remote work for 45k/year. The whole family would be moving (2 adults, a toddler and a cat).

How comfortable would we be financially living in Guam?
