Would you buy your Sierra 1500 again?

I am seriously thinking about buying a 1500, Elevation with the premium package. There are a couple things that concern me. 1 - Consumer Reports, but they don't seem to like any full size tricks. 2 - general reliability. But man, this is a cool looking truck, inside and out. This would be my first GMC, but I am excited about it.

So, would you purchase your truck again? If so, what would you get or do different? Any advice? Thanks!
