Gluten Free Cinnamon Babka

Used The Loopy Whisk’s Chocolate Babka dough with some adjustments and a cinnamon babka filling I saw in a few other recipes.

I traded a fluffier dough for a richer dough by using milk instead of water and melted butter instead of oil.

I don’t regret the choice.

Letting the dough rest was key to it handling nicely!
