Where to go after stalling on bench?

Recently my bench press has stalled. I've been running a hybrid PPL with emphasis on 5x5 of compound lifts for about 3/4 months, but my bench has stalled for almost a month. I was making linear progress for a good while w/ 5 reps jumping from 115 [beginning lifter :'( ] to my current 5x5 of 150, but like i said for around the last 4 weeks i've been unable to add weight. I've read about more programs such as pyramid training, reverse pyramid training, 10x3, etc, and just looking for some recommendations on where to go from here.

Edit: PPL is 6x a week, doing 5x5 twice each week
