Players From Pack Nowhere to be Found

Hi all, long time follower here, first time poster. Yesterday I purchased the 2,500 point Serie A TOTS guarantee pack (22 items). I got TOTS Dimarco, Pellegrini and Vlahovic among others. Also had a dupe De Bruyne. I sent all to club, and chose to sort the dupe De Bruyne later option. Now I can’t find any of the players I received from that pack in my club. I’ve also checked the recover quick sell option on the web app and they are not there either. Can anyone offer any advice on how to get these items back?
