this house is 100 years old and sits on protected land, so renovation is a painstaking process of permit applications and town architect approvals. we wanted an open layout but with how the house is built, we couldn't have our tv against the wall. we also didn't want a standard, boring tv stand..
..so we had a custom vespa tv stand instead đ doubles as a wine bar and snack stand too!
