Corporate Milestone Celebration video

I was given footage and photos of staff at a corporate company, celebrating a milestone in the amount of projects completed since the starting of the company. I made a selection, and need to create a ~2min video. Was also asked to include statements along the video. "Countless hours of hard work and dedication" and others along those lines.

Any suggestion on an interesting way to put that together? Withought looking too dull? This kind of video isn't my strength.
