No one plays with actual today players

Hey y'all. Just as little says, I haven't played against present players in such a long time,only damm legends. This is our of hand. Is creating 2 leagues one for ONLY legends and another for actual today player that hard? Legends are cheating in my opinion. Most of them weren't even that good on they're best days.
