Are you eligible for Akasse if you sell a property? Does that mean that counts as an income and Im not gonna get monthly payments from them if Im unemployed?

Sorry for English, complex topic. The thing is that I lost my job. I paid Akasse, lønsikring, everything for the years since Im living here. We are about to sell a flat at my home country, when I bring here the money will I loose my eligibility for Akasse?
