How do I request a wheelchair?

I’m on the mend after being sick for 2 weeks. I didn’t eat much while I was sick and am still very weak. For FLL, I’ll need a chair from curb through baggage check to gate, then in ATL between terminals, then in SMF from gate to baggage claim to curb. Is there a way to make these wheelchair requests ahead of time through the app?
