trying to find a good tattoo studio

i got my first tattoo from devilz, dwarka and its only a tiny stencil and i paid 2500 for that :) so dont wanna go there again, can yall please suggest some good but in budget tattoo artists/studios?

also a known of mine went to rogue tattoos, paschim vihar, but im not sure if i should go there? cz theyre like SO CHEAP? so
