I started these guys from seed

Just that. I found a random pack of cactus seeds that have to be 2, 3 years old? I threw some in some Jiffy pods this Spring and I got these guys! I have a few more but these are the healthiest. My question is, they're sitting in my window sill and it's getting really cold. Should I repot them and move them? Or leave them be? My other cactus loves it (last picture)
