Hearing voices in pc??

So i was scrolling through reddit when i started hearing voices. I thought ads were auto playing so i paused them and i kept hearing them still. then i closed chrome and started playing a game (genshin) and its still going. It sounds like someone is speaking Russian with occasional gunshot sounds (not real guns but the csgo type). I havent entered csgo (my brother plays it but hes on a trip and it hasnt been opened since he left). i entered discord and muted all audio related button and even as im typing, i can still hear it
