Does Ichigo’s smaller blade count as a Quincy Spirit Weapon

When I was thinking back to the alternate Quincy versions of Ichigo from Bleach Brave Souls, it got me thinking, since Ichigo’s smaller blade represents his Quincy powers, does that technically make it count as a Quincy Spirit Weapon?

As we know, their weapons don’t just apply to bows and arrows, but also swords, guns and shields, be it either made of energy and metallic.

Since the sword’s shape already looks like half a bow, it be interesting if the bottom end created the other half of a bow out of energy so Ichigo could also fire arrows.
