How to improve my deceptions?
Other than proper technique, what things can I do that would aid me in performing deceptions easily? Because I would like to focus on exercises, like should I focus on my wrist, fingers, forearm, swing speed, and etc. I’m a player who is fairly skinny on the top half while having much more mass on the legs (just like the mass proportions of Chen long). So going back to my original question, what are some things I could do?
