Cold chain and food safety management in supermarkets.

Only two staff members to store this on the freezers' shelves. Moreover, anybody who knows food production would tell you that food and its packaging should never touch the floor... How long would these products stay out of the freezers? It looks like, on the top of what we heard over the past few months, short staffing, lack of management and poor practices are some of the profit drivers of Australian supermarkets apparently...
