Anecdotally, how many people are leaving?

Yesterday I watched my neighbors on either side pack up to leave. I’m in a neighborhood that is relatively unscathed, though we are very close to the RAD, and yet there are multiple empty houses all around. I also have friends who are leaving because they lost their jobs. What are other people seeing? 50/50 leaving/staying? More? Less?
