New player need help troubleshooting Arma 3 freezing
Hello, I'm a pretty new player to the Arma scene and have recently encountered an issue with the game locking up and freezing the past 2-3 days. I'm about 20 hours into a modded Antistasi Ultimate campaign on a LAN hosted server (hosted on the station I'm trying to play it on)
The game was running fine until a few days ago when it suddenly froze, a "this application is not responding" pop-up showed, and the game did not un-freeze itself even after 5-10 minutes. I have to manually choose "end task" to close the game, and I don't get a crash report because of that (that I know of).
I've already verified the files on steam to ensure the installation is still okay. Also haven't seen GPU or CPU temps get above 55C normally.
I know most people will say to try it without mods, however that would be difficult to do because of the nature of my campaign and the fact that it would take me another 20 or so hours to replicate current conditions. Is there anything else I could check before I do that?
The only factor which changed recently would be an update to the latest Nvidia graphics driver a few days ago, but I'd expect to hear of more people having this issue. Screenshot of task manager and arma in the background for reference.

MSI X570S Carbon Max WIFI
Game is installed on a Crucial P5 Plus 1TB M.2 SSD
I've also only been averaging about 50FPS which seems low but that's a separate issue for now. Really been enjoying the game, so a huge thanks in advance for any assistance!
