2 weeks in and I’m so numb

I started Bupropion XR 150 mg once daily about 2 weeks ago to treat what? I am not totally sure yet. My psychiatrist thinks I exhibit symptoms of Bipolar Disorder and ADHD, so she explained that this is a miracle drug that kind of treats little bit of everything, so I started taking it and did very little research because I know that I would probably be inclined to stop taking it if I read too many negative reports while on this medication.

2 weeks in and I feel so numb, there are zero thoughts in my brain, and still absolutely unable to focus on a single thing and am still jumping task to task. Has anyone else experienced this type of reaction and/or this kind of treatment path? I am not sure what to expect and honestly the unknown gives me anxiety; I need a label, I need a diagnosis, I need to be all knowing lol. Is this reaction to the drug enough to diagnose me with either bipolar or adhd? I just want to feel normal and do what I need to do and not feel anxious and guilty when I’m unable to complete things :(
