Im 17 looking to lose some weight, a routine that will ACTUALLY STICK!
Hi! I am a high school senior, I am 5’1, 70Kgs or 154 lbs. I have always maintained a pretty healthy weight at around 61 Kgs (134 lbs) but to focus on my studies, I started to notice that I have been moving less and less. This has made me gain weight that I can’t seem to lose (or atleast its quite hard because im trying to get into a uni)
I’ve tried everything, calorie deficit (didn’t last long)
Starving myself (I lasted for a week)
Eating healthier (Was nice, but was really hard to keep the habit, plus I would overeat)
Throwing all sugary, salty things away like snacks and such (my family bought more…)
Anyways, its really hard for me because i’ve never been this frustrated about my weight, my goal is at least to get back at 60 Kgs or 132 lbs.
Any tips and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
