What are your favorite high protein meals that don't break the bank?
So I (19m 5’11 205 lbs) have been on my weight loss journey since September and have lost 40 pounds! I'm very happy with my progress so far but, admittedly, I think a solid chunk of that has been muscle… my protein intake has been pretty abismal. For context I'm a college student and for the fall semester I didn't really have reliable source of income so I really only tracked my calories not my macros, but I recently got a new job with great hours so I can actually spend a bit more on food. I'm trying to eat around 1700 calories 180 grams of protein per day. Does anyone have any recommendations for meals?
