Searching Vocaloid music without a mv/pv

So for a school project I would like to use a vocaloid/Vsynth song. The goal of the project is to create an music video (mostly an animated one) for a song with less than 1million views, min 2 minutes and no animated mv what so ever.

Here is the issue, my teacher is very strict regarding the song choice. He will search anything related to the song and may it be official or not official if any animated media is associated with the song, he will refuse the song choice. If there is movement of any type in the video its over. So at most the song needs just a cover image and nothing else.

I really don't know how to find that. I mostly find songs on youtube so most of the time there is a mv. Just an editing effect or character blinking is too much for my teacher so I can't even go for the basic mv with just a character illustration standing there.... Can't be a cover too.

If anyone has song recommendations or a site where i could filter search for songs like that....I'll take anything that I like. You can even give your own song if you are a producter.
