favourite textile/crafting supply store in the downtown-ish area?

i’ve been to button and needlework boutique and opus! wanting to check out buttons’n’bows as well. just looking for general crafting and textile supplies not too far away!

i’m looking for things along the lines of needlepointing needs, fabrics, lace trims, rhinestoning needs, tailor chalk, etc.
