Fuck January
So yes, there's all the usual stuff, it's cold, everyone is poor after overdoing the holidays, heating costs a fortune etc.
But..
I've been making some changes; set myself goals to be healthier and happier. I've started working out each day, I've stopped drinking, stopped smoking. I've been eating well consistently with plenty of proteins and vegetables. I've been going to a mental health support group each Monday. Hell, I've even been getting 8 hours sleep.
Yet I feel worse mentally and there's been no difference physically.
I don't see the fucking point of putting all this work in for less than breaking even.
If someone could please find the point for me and help me keep on course that would be great but this is bullshit.
