Euroclear intends to transfer approximately 2 billion euros of income from frozen Russian assets into a fund for Ukraine in March. As of the end of 2024, Euroclear's balance stood at 212 billion euros, of which 183 billion euros were related to Russian assets that are subject to sanctions
