Help regarding I-20 and offer letter

I'm an international student who got accepted for Fall 2025. I am about to request my I-20 but Glo-Bull states that I need to provide my Scholarship Award Letter.

The issue is, I did not get an offer letter in my email. I checked my application portal on December 20th and it said I had been accepted. I paid my admission deposit in mid-January and got an automated email from USF on the 13th of January saying I would receive my admission packet in a few weeks.

I emailed them a few days back regarding this but they haven't responded yet.

What should I do in this situation?
