Need some info on this camper

I am looking for some info on this camper truck. Was this sold like this my Toyota or did someone take the truck and have it modified to this. Any guess on the model, year and possible sale price. I am thinking about finding the owner and seeing if he wants to sell it. Any info would be appreciated.
