Will turning profile views on then off wipe the history on your own profile?

On Tik tok if one was to turn off profile views and then Turn it back on when checking views on their own profile would past views ( while profile views was on) no longer be visible aka wiped or would it simply not be updated with views while it was off

In other words would I be able to see who looked at my account before I turned it off and back on again
