Season 3 episode 10:forever. Carmy confronting Chef Fields

Is anyone else really unhappy with the interaction between Carmy and chef Fields ??

Fields created so much trauma and is the bane of Carmys trauma and whatnot, so when Carmy confronts him I kind of expected more. Yes he did say a bit of that, but no punch to the face, no more than what he said ?

I have like 12 minutes left, but I was expecting Carmy to have a massive meltdown or do or say something more. It was super underwhelming and my heart broke for him but it was a bit anticlimactic.
