Anyone with 100k in student loan debt think it was worth it?

Did you become a doctor? Mba? Were you able to land a high paying job and pay them off reasonably fast? (10 years)

I have a BA with about 45k (went to school later in life) in debt and am considering an MBA (I already have about 10 years of work experience) but find that I'm in between a rock and a hard place with a lot of work experience but missing a stupid paper title.

Edit: Didn't expect so many responses, so thank you to everyone sharing your stories. The past 8 years or so I've worked in business management jobs and worked up to a director position. I was laid off a few months ago, hence considering different paths. I feel like I have all this scattered experience and am good at managing teams/people but I don't have the solidified base education/philosophy of some practices. I was thinking of doing an MBA that had a focus, like finance, or doing a Master of Healthcare Administration and Leadership. My goal is to get into higher ed director jobs or medical director jobs.

Also, I have a BA in English Literature which I'm pretty much embarrassed by but did it while recovering from being sick and needed to get that paper.
