Gaming burnout

I recently got a few games off the holiday sale and I'll play them for 30 minutes and there great but then randomly I'll just lose all interest in it it's so annoying like I really wanna play them but I just don't have interest in it so annoying and I love gaming and I recall this happening last year as well
