My opinion: Bad hair day Filia is a glass cannon.

So, I'm the kind of player that prioritize leveling up all base pallette characters, and playing with bad hair day is basically a gamble of "will I inflict lots of bleed on the opponent or will I get knocked out in one hit". Paired with first cut marquee, she's basically a health drainer. But on the downside, she's weak, like dead in a few hits. On mine, not yours, so be mindful.
