Ghosts of Tsushima or Witcher 3?

I’m looking to pick one of the mentioned titles off the Playstation 30th Anniversary sale. I really enjoyed playing Dragon’s Dogma 2, Final Fantasy XVI, and Diablo IV. Heard both options are great and listed on reviews as must play games, but wanted to get some opinions. I appreciate everyone’s thoughts!
