NBA app error on Nvidia Shield Pro

I'm using the NBA app, Version 4.0.58. I'm using a Nvidia Shield Pro, Version 9.0.1 (33.1.0.283).

When watching a game on League Pass, whenever it cuts to commercial I get the following "PLAYBACK ERROR":

An error occurred. Please contact support with the following information: Unable to instantiate decoder OMX.Nvidia.h264.decode:MediaCodecVideoRenderer error, index=0, format=Format(1, null, null, video/avc, avc1.4D4020, 6000000, null, [1280, 720, 59.94], [-1, -1]), format_supported=YES

Which support do I contact? Nvidia, NBA, or both?
