I find Lumon and the portrayal of physical violence very intriguing (spoilers)

In the show, I find it very curious that (almost) none of the physical violence has ever been shown to have been perpetuated by Lumon.

• Reghabi is no longer associated with Lumon when she beats Graner to death.

• Dylan tackles and bites Milchick, who doesn’t even fight back. He just screams “get him off me” even though he could presumably handle himself if he needed/wanted to.

• Irving dunks and attempts to drown Helena to force Milchick to turn her back into Helly.

The only exception by Lumon so far that we’ve actually seen is Milchick tackling Dylan, which is basically just in response to him essentially trespassing.

Mark has bruised knuckles in one scene, but we don’t see how that actually happened and have gotten no further scenes regarding that.

I just find it very interesting that Lumon is portrayed as a very mysterious, sinister corporation with a lot of secrets, but we don’t really ever see them use violence. Instead, we’ve only really seen the innies and an outsider be violent.
