Need help <3
Hey all,
WHAT HAPPENED:
- I took the 7 and missed by 3 Q's. I remember I had a death draw it seemed like i had hardly any options, muni, and suitability Q's.
- Going into the exam, i was NAILS on options. I decided before to pick one topic & make it my.. thing.. lol, so i picked options & going into the exam I was as close to 100% as you can get. As I got about halfway thru the exam, I remember feeling as if i was failing badly, I had only getting 1-2 options questions so far, so I was PRAYING to get slammed with options Q's to boost my score. Unfortunately, I only got about 2-4 more in the second half. (I have seen where some people have had 30+ options Q's.)
WHAT I NEED HELP WITH:
- I can't figure out what these type of questions (to follow this paragraph) are "called" and where to find YT videos on them. (I use YT to study the most)
- A lot of questions seemed to be RR related. More like "For this form, how many years must you renew?" or "A customer makes a complaint on social media, what is the appropriate response?" I want to say I had more questions on complaints or reporting things to higher-ups than I did on options. These are just a few examples, but it seemed as if this was majority of my exam.
- It's hard to remember answer sets because it has been a few weeks since i took the 7. I posted something similar, but it got taken down & I just realized.
LONG STORY SHORT:
- What do I call the category/ies of questions dealing with complaints, timeframes, responses, etc? (again it wasn't just those, i just can't remember now.)
- What YT videos deal with RR questions & also these odd-ball subjects? (in my post that got taken down, i mentioned the 2 popular pages, and i believe that's why.)
Thanks for any help
