What happens to your Medicaid if you receive your back pay?

I’m reading people receiving five figure back pays. Medicaid Monthly income limit where I live is about $1600.

SSDI counts towards the income. So, would you lose the Medicaid for one month only or something like that? Since back pay would be one time thing.

I’m trying to wrap my head around all these things and it’s getting pretty confusing. I have tons of surgeries lined up, and Medicaid is very important to me.
