Question about the promo we all just saw

I should’ve taken a screenshot. I feel like last time I placed an entry after claiming the deal, I didn’t end up getting the “free entry” money in return for the loss of the bet placed within with said timeframe.

Just wondering if anyone can expand on how it works and if I can trust I’ll get refunded if it doesn’t hit lol
