Anyone using the Superbox ultra having issues w/ apps?

I had multiple apps stop working yesterday or disappear entirely from the store to include elite hub and premium elite hub. Curious if others have had a similar issue. I don’t feel like doing a factory reset as I could lose others apps that still work which I no longer see in the store. Thanks much.
