Daughter ignoring me

I’m with my daughter all the time, I’m a sahm, she’s almost four months but sometimes when I pick her up to talk to her she’ll turn the other way, she does it to her grandma sometimes too, like on purpose almost? She’ll be in a good mood then she starts doing it, I move to be in her vision and then she turns the other way? I’m a first time mom so I have no idea if it’s normal, she also doesn’t ever cry, like she cried when she bit my moms finger too hard cuz she’s teething and she likes to really chew on stuff.
