Unable to Order

Hi guys, hope you're doing well!

I have a problem, I'm trying to buy on the website for a couple days but I can't, always appearing the "unable to process" message.

I talked with the support but they didn't anything. Tried to pay with PayPal, different credit card, tried with another piece but nothing.

Someone experienced something like that?

PS: I was able to do 2 orders with the bracelet promotion and worked normally but since that last day of promo this thing is happening.
