Im sick of losing games to this glitch

About once or twice a week I get a game where every player in the lobby is just a floating orb. I cant hear anything or even see my own character. It absolutely ruins my games as it's literslly unplayable and is costing me sr.

This has been an issue for over two months. When the fuck is blizzard gonna fix their trash game?
