is there a free, non-AI voice changer out there?

as in actually free, not a free trial. I want to go into voice lobbies in online games, but I'd rather not get harassed or hit on, so I figure I can avoid this if I can make myself sound like a guy. every voice changer I've looked into is either expensive as hell, or ai
