How are you wildlife photographers carrying around a big lens on long walks or hikes?
I'm new to this. I enjoy to walking and be at the ready in case somethings pops up. This 500mm f4e is killing my neck. Seems better to carry with tripod, keep it mounted and carry over shoulder. You have to really trust your mount and gimbal.
