When can I put baby in an activity center?

My LO turned 4 months the other day. We are in a stage where we need to be entertained but not laying down. I was thinking about whipping out her activity center but is it too soon? I’m seeing mixed opinions on when it’s appropriate. She has really good head control and I think she would have fun it it but I don’t want to do damage if it’s too soon.
