no option to remove friend??

sorry if this is a stupid question i havent played since 2021 but im trying to clear out my friends and theres one specific user where it wont let me unfriend them??? it lets me unfriend everyone else but with this user theres no button to unfriend or any of the other 2 buttons next to the unfriend button....anyone know whats going on???
