Would a grow light help?

I am ready to get flamed for this. I feel so bad for letting her get like this. I‘ve been neglecting all my plants due to personal issues and she is farther away from my north facing window so she gets such little indirect light but I can’t move her anywhere else. I‘ve been thinking about buying a growlight but I am very broke, would that help her?
