Has anyone with mono experienced dry sinus??

hi guys!

i’ve recently caught mono but have had a mild presentation so far (FINGERS CROSSED)

i’m at the point now where virtually my only symptom is dry sinus. it’s horrible, it genuinely wakes me up at night. i’ve never had this before, infact i’ve never been LESS congested in my entire life. i can’t find anything to indicate that this is a symptom of mono at all & i drink about 4L of water a day so i have a hard time writing it off as dehydration.
