Where does midrange Omnath sit right now?

I have not played Magic in almost a year but before I quit, Omnath was one of the most played decks with biggest tournament results around. What happened to it that caused it to fall so much out of favor?

I am thinking of starting up Modern again, and as a huge fan of midrange (used to play Jund, Yorion Omnath, and BTL Scapeshift), I am but a few cards away from a full current Omnath deck lists that I am seeing here and there. What do you guys think about the current 4c Omnath that's still floating around?
