This seems like a well needed boost of power for the Storm players. Effectively does the [[Remand]] trick of doubling your [[Grapeshot]]s/storm copies while they're on the stack, acts as a full counter for [[Flusterstorm]] without needing to bring in Flusterstorm, can be a mana doubler with rituals on the stack, the applications seem to be endless. Very excited to see how this will be utilized.
